How long will it take to receive my order?
It is our goal to process all orders within two business days of receipt. Our production schedule is
however dictated by the whims of our Chief Operating Officer, who happens to be 3-years-old. Lack
of a nap one day can delay production and an extended nap the next can delay shipment.
Free Shipping is via USPS first class which can take as little as a day or as long as 10 days, for this
reason, we ask that you allow a two week window for receipt of your order. The upgrade to Priority
Shipping guarantees delivery in 2 - 3 days from shipment. In either case, upon shipment, we'll e-mail
you with a delivery confirmation number so that you can track your shipment.
How can I be sure that my order will arrive in time for a birthday party or holiday
celebration?
If you are ordering the CD for a special occasion, please note the date in the additional comments
section during the order process and we will be sure to expedite processing your order. If your order
is placed within two weeks of the event, we do recommend the upgrade to priority shipping.
I can't find my child's name in your list of available names, can I still order a CD?
We are limited to the names listed on the Available Names page. Please be sure to check multiple
spellings (i.e. Aaron/Erin, Kaitlyn/Katlyn) - we can spell your child's name on the label however you
request, however, we are limited by the pronunciation of the names that have been recorded. All of
the names have been produced in a studio by professional singers, so it isn't possible to add
individual names upon request. Some people have chosen to use a nickname, such as Angel or
Princess when their child's name was not available and have reported that the CD was well received.
Can I have more than one child's name on a CD?
Unfortunately, no. Each CD is limited to one child's name included in the lyrics of the songs.
